All of my pieces are hand made. They have quirks, peculiarities and oddities, superficial cracks are part of its story, these are not defects nor flaws - imperfection is a part of their own beauty. Perfection is not the goal of my work. :)

All items, pre-orders and custom orders are final sale.

However, if your item arrives broken or with a defect, please contact me ASAP (or within 3 days of delivery) so we can work it out.

SHIPPING

Shipping and handling is 3-5 business days from placing an order. Within the US, I will most likely ship UPS 3 Day Select, or USPS Priority Mail - unless otherwise noted.

Depending on the size and delivery preference. these options seems the most cost and time effective.  Pieces will be insured and tracked. For international shipping, please contact me for a quote.
